There will be a theme in the course with a special emphasis on the dynamics of work psychology (performance and satisfaction). Furthermore, values, personality, intelligence, happiness, and social interactions are cross-culturally examined. The latest research and a scientific approach are the foundations for the course till Intercultural psychology focuses on variations between cultures in terms of different psychological aspects. There will be a theme in the course with a special emphasis on the dynamics of work psychology research. Furthermore, central, and cross-cultural research is presented and discussed in areas such as personal values, individual differences and similarities, and social norms.
